Who operates SITREP

SITREP: Aviation Briefing is operated by Golf Delta Bravo Aviation, LLC (the Company, we or us). This website introduces the app and provides support and policy information. It is not a live weather service, an operational recommendation or a promise of future availability.

Original materials and intellectual property

As between you and us, we retain the rights we own or license in SITREP's original software, branding, logo artwork, written content, graphics and legally protectable elements of its selection, arrangement and presentation. Except for rights expressly granted, all such rights are reserved to the extent protected by applicable law. The app is licensed, not sold.

Do not copy, republish, distribute or commercially exploit our protected materials without permission, except as expressly licensed or otherwise permitted by law. Do not use our name or branding in a way that misrepresents affiliation, ownership or endorsement. Nothing here limits fair use, accessibility, lawful interoperability or other rights that cannot be excluded.

This notice does not claim exclusive ownership of general interface layouts, functional ideas, standard aviation terminology, weather facts or public-domain government materials. Third-party software, map content, reports, diagrams, broadcasts and trademarks retain their respective rights and applicable conditions. A source being publicly accessible does not by itself grant a redistribution license.

Supplemental use and regulatory scope

SITREP does not, at this time, satisfy the complete preflight requirements of 14 CFR § 91.103 and must not be relied upon as doing so. It is a supplemental reference and situational-awareness tool, not a complete preflight briefing, dispatch release, ATC clearance, flight instrument or navigation system. SITREP has not been approved, certified or endorsed by the FAA. Displaying government-issued products does not confer that status on the app, website, summaries or exported reports.

Opening SITREP, generating or saving a PDF, acknowledging a notice, using Apple sign-in or viewing source timestamps does not establish regulatory compliance, file a flight plan or create a Flight Service briefing record. A SITREP export is a compiled snapshot only. Local history and export timestamps do not prove that a complete briefing was obtained, read or retained by a recognized briefing service.

Beta and availability

SITREP is currently in private beta. No public download, subscription purchase or beta enrollment is offered through this website. Features and supported sources can change before release. Coverage, connectivity and product-specific limitations apply.

Product imagery

Promotional screens show the current app interface using a deliberately staged U.S. airport scenario and illustrative weather and traffic information. They do not reveal a user's actual GPS position, account or flight. They are not current weather reports, operational guidance or promises of data availability.

Support and external services

Email links open your mail application. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Do not send credentials, private operational material or information you lack authority to disclose. This website does not provide emergency assistance. No Apple, FAA, NOAA or source-provider endorsement is implied.

The app's license

The license accompanying your download and applicable Apple terms govern app use. Viewing the license on this website does not introduce a new acceptance process or change the terms governing an earlier download.
